To my advantage, I already had the personas ready from the research that our designers had done, which I used as a reference point. I picked a few of our transacting customers and interviewed them to understand the post-booking process.
International trading is a vast industry that facilitates trades of goods and commodities between domestic and foreign companies. Carrying out the trade at an international level is a complex process that includes multiple stakeholders like Manufacture (Importer / Exporter), Consignee, and Suppliers.
The most critical part of the overall process starts when the shipment has been booked where suppliers play an important role in executing the shipment. In the execution process supply and demand exchange a lot of information that has been done offline till now.
